ABOUT ME
I am a qualified, independent counsellor based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and empowering space for my clients. A space in which learning, self-discovery, healing, and growth can take place.
​
I am interested in the whole of life's journey and so work with adults of any age group as well as teenagers and couples.
Self-discovery and helping clients to identify the ways in which thoughts, behaviours and beliefs might be preventing them from achieving their goals or relating to others as they would like to, is very important to me.
My overall focus is on providing an empathetic space within which to help people understand themselves and their circumstances on deeper levels and to deal more effectively with their life challenges.

As a counsellor, I strive to make counselling more affordable & sustainable. I believe the world could be a happier place when the benefits of counselling can be made a more affordable option to most individuals – not just a select few. It is important to me to make counselling rates as sustainable as possible in order to see the therapeutic process through to completion. I am passionate about giving people the opportunity for quality assistance under the current economic crisis we face in South- Africa.
